We welcome patients with and without
insurance. If you want or need the care we are happy to work
out a way for you to receive it.
We are organized and familiar with
all kinds of insurance including workmen's compensation, personal
injury and all major medical. Dr. Eblen is a preferred provider
for many different group plans. We are happy to call and verify
coverage for you at the time of your first visit as well as
bill your insurance company directly from our office. Click

We offer a cash plan for patients without
chiropractic coverage. Pay by cash or check at the time of
your visit and the treatment fee is reduced by 20%.
We are also glad to work with patients
to provide individualized financial arrangements. Our office
manager will be happy to discuss payment plans prior to beginning
your chiropractic care.
We are flexible and do not always require
full fee at the time of the visit, but require regular, on-time
payments. Please feel free to contact us with any questions
you may have.
The same valuable care that is available
for adults is available to children. Dr. Eblen has treated
children as young as 5 days old. Dr. Eblen also provides complimentary
scoliosis screenings for all children. Treatment fees for
patients' children 12 years or younger are only one-half the
regular fees.
Most insurance companies do not cover the
DRX program. If Chiropractic treatment is utilized as
part of the care, your insurance company may reimburse a portion
of the charges provided you have coverage for Chiropractic.
Payment plans are available including Care
Credit a program that allows you to apply for
enough credit to get the care you need and pay it off as your
budget allows with up to a year interest free.
